This is an unnamed species of spacefaring humanoids presumably native to the Delta Quadrant, which launched an unprovoked attack on the USS Voyager in the year 2373. They have rough reptilianoid skin with numerous small spikes and a beak-like mouth. Their weapons fire a deadly energy beam which burns humanoid tissue and causes a chain reaction in which the victim's nervous system quickly degenerates, being lethal if not treated fast.
