Created species are species which were created due in some part thanks to the efforts of a sapient alien race's intervention. This may include things such as constructs (such as the Transformers, Geth, or other robots), experiments such as the Mutant Rancor, accidental mutations due to war like the Scantid, and various other possible origins.
