The Draylaxians are known to have a very slow legal process, which sometimes inhibits quick action by the government. In 2156, Grethe Zhor, the Draylaxian ambassador to the Coalition of Planets, offered to attempt to hurry the legal process along in order to bring the Draylaxians into the Earth-Romulan War.
