Alien Species

The Boglodites are extraterrestrial parasites from the planet Boglodotia that consumed an entire system of planets including; Arc, the Archanans' homeworld, Byvoida, the Byvoids' homeworld, Parlaxia, the Parlaxians' homeworld and Glamouria, the Glamourians' homeworld. The Boglodites are now extinct, and its last member and possible leader was Boris the Animal.

Biology[]

Boris the Animal

A Boglodite in Human disguise.

Boglodites are dark brown humanoids, with a body covered in sharp, finger-like appendages, with deep, empty eye sockets and sharp teeth. They are appear to be capable of minor shapeshifting, able to conceal their rather horrifying alien appearance by closing up all their appendages, enabling them to morph the outer layer of their appendages to appear like Human skin. However, even disguised, they still bear noticeably inhuman traits, such as bulges in their foreheads and chests, slits in their hands, and empty eye sockets. In order to sustain their species, they must consume planets of their resources and its inhabitants, or else they will starve. They are shown to possess long tongues. Boglodites are stronger than Humans, as shown when Boris was able to crush metal tin with his bare hands, and survived a fall off of the top of the mobile launch platform of the Saturn V rocket, although the blast from the rocket's exhaust was able to destroy him. Boglodites are able to launch spikes from their palms at high speeds, which can easily pierce and quickly kill most beings. They also have an insect inside their hand which they can control, and let it leave their body so that it can move independently. They can sprout appendages for extra grip and survive in space without life support.

Culture and society[]

Little is known of Boglodite society. What is known is that in order to sustain their species, Boglodites go on campaigns of consuming planets across galaxies, with no remorse for the native populations, and are nomadic, as their homeworld was destroyed by their own consumption. When disguising as Humans, or as possibly other species, they use tube-like glasses to cover up their empty eye sockets. They are also known to utilize their own spikes and brute strength as their primary weapons, rather than technological weaponry. According to Griffin the Archanan, after consuming a planet, Boglodites would only be able to survive traveling to the next planet, and would starve if forced to skip over a planet, meaning that they consume plundered planetary resources rapidly.

Technology[]

Boglodite-craft

Boglodite spacecraft hover over the skies of New York.

Boglodite spacecraft are equipped with a metal dome encased over a red underbelly of tentacles and globular circles. These tentacles are capable of plowing through large buildings with minimal difficulty. Traced alongside the rim of each spacecraft are a multitude of biomechanical finger-like appendages, not unlike those present on their bodies. Their ships have an overall biomechanical look, and have not been seen using any weapons aside from their tentacles. Due to the Boglodites being nomads, it is very likely that the ships are stocked with all amenities needed for permanent residency, although they appear incapable of generating their own resources, needing to steal them from other planets.
