The Lugal-Irra-Kush are a sapient alien species known to have been present at the Festival of Offerings on the rings of Akhaten.
They have fleshy chins with a small mouth and two pink eyes, and a large nose just above those eyes. Their nose extends all the way up to the elongation on their head. All of these unusual facial characteristics give this species the apperance of being a bit grumpy.
