Magma Cubes are strange jumping sentient lava rocks that inhabit the Nether, a Hellish dimension full of lava. If a large Magma Cube is killed, it will split into two medium-sized Magma Cubes and if one of them is killed it will split into four small Magma Cubes.

- It shares many similarities with the slimes of the Overworld, possibly hinting that they split off from them and migrated to the Nether, or they might not be related at all and are only alike because of convergent evolution.
