Ice-Beetles (not to be confused with the Ice Beetles from the Metroid Universe) are insectoid creatures found on Endor. They possess a poisonous bite that, oddly enough, causes its victim to become encased in a tomb of ice. Only one known cure is known to exist to combat the ice-beetle's bite - the juice of a Fire Plant, found exclusively on the Mountain of Doom. The most famous recorded occurrence of such an event happened to Princess Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka.
