Jam Pony is a package delivery company / a courier company. That exists in the year 2019 in a semi-post apocalyptic Seattle, Washington. This is the Company that a synthetic person named Max Guevara works at. Max is the main character of the series she was created in the Institutes Manticore Project.

Its unclear when this company was formed but by the year 2019 it had grown to include atleast a third of what is now the city of Seattle, Washington as its trading territory. But being that it was a mail service its possible that packages could have came into Seattle from afar on some kind of post apocalyptic mail delivery service.
