Larians are a sapient, spacefaring species known for being highly capitalistic. Some individuals are wealthy enough to own several planets, yet their greed is never satisfied. They have powerfully deep voices, which suggest that they're large beings, physically, and their lifespan encompasses at least several centuries. Their technology allows them to genetically engineer new species for menial labor. An example of this are the Halflings.
