Pescatons are a voracious species of shark-like creatures from the oceans of Pesca, a planet in the constellation of Pisces.
Biology[]
Pescatons are formidable ichthyoid bipeds with superhuman strength, bulletproof skin, claws and sharp teeth. They evolved from deep-sea shark-like creatures in the Carcharhinidae family. While they require saltwater to live, they can also operate on land or freshwater for a few hours. When on land, they walk slowly on a pair of webbed feet, and tower over Humans.
Pescatons are opportunistic carnivores and attack any prey on sight. Their internal anatomy includes a pulsating heart to circulate their blood. They can be repelled and even killed by sufficiently high-pitched noises.
Pescatons are a hive-minded species controlled by an individual leader named Zor.
History[]
Pescatons evolved on Pesca, a planet once covered in oceans. However, as their solar system started to die out, the planet moved closer and closer to its sun and the oceans started to evaporate, leading the Pescatons to migrate from their world and try to invade Earth, where they were defeated by the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith.
