Scrubs, a.k.a. Alwas, are the native sapient inhabitants of the planet Alwas.
Biology[]

Scrubs are bipedal cephalopod-like creatures, shorter than the average Human. They have bulbous heads and a variable number of feelers on their faces. The number, length and position of these feelers vary wildly from individual to individual. Their skin comes in various shades of tan, and they have darker markings on their heads and chests.
Scrubs have smooth hairless skin, proportionally short legs and tentacular arms. Instead of digits, they have squid-like suckers on their hands that enable them to hold objects. Their diet is omnivorous, including algae and fish, among other items. Like Humans, they've been observed to blush as an emotional response, indicating that their blood is probably red.
Culture and society[]
They raise domesticated pig-sized caterpillars as both pets and livestock.
History[]
In 2082, Alwas was one of the three planets which hosted the Pre-Selections for the Great Race of Ōban.
