The Sload are a race of slug-like creatures. They are considered to be the most hated race in Nirn. They are best known for The Siege of Skywatch, The Thrassian Plague, and the Necromancer N'Gasta.
Biology[]
Sload are only really seen while young adults. Prior to adulthood, they go through several stages of growth. They start out as amorphous, non-sentient, grubs that eventually evolve into squishy, aquatic, octopus-looking, creatures. If they reach adulthood, they become bipedal slugs. However, younger adults remain in the water due to lack of experience, and older ones return to the waters due to weight.
They are slow walking creatures, and lack the ability to grasp tools due to their hands hindering them. However, what they lack in physical powers they make up in natural gifts in magic namely there Necromancy spell casting ability. They are also said to be highly intelligent, with a near perfect memory.
