Sprog is a floral organism indigenous to planet Snaiad. It is a sponge-like lifeform that covers the floor like a blanket. Areas where the vegetation is dominated by sprog are called sproglands. Being full of holes, sprog provides food and shelter for countless species of small creatures. Grassy sproglands, where grass-like plants grow above the sprog, are found only in the continent of Vesterna.
