While I create placeholders for a reason (and that reason is for people to understand what pages need to be created at a quick glance, as well as for limiting the number of times an article needs to be edited for the sake of simply adding links), I did notice that the page for Darkseid is simply disappointing to look at (why does that exist when there's external coding for that sort of thing? Ah well). For now I will leave the edits as-is, but both pages ought to be added and the links reinstated afterwards. If you happen to be the one to eventually create the Apokolips page (as a general rule I stay away from more mainstream media and only stick to the obscure things, simply due to the fact that there are far more people able to do those ones than that are open to adding the obscure), do remember to add a link here to it afterwards. Or I will, but I've got a thousand things on my proverbial plate already. I can only do so much, and I have some whips to crack elsewhere on a lot of my free hours.

I agree 100% for example the Darkseid had just a link to another wiki IMV just adding links to the bottom of pages is fine and dandy but just adding links defeats the opject of ASW becuse editors will go somewhere else and not contribute and it gets my goat. moan over enyhow I will check out the page soon--Owen1983 20:50, January 5, 2012 (UTC)

I'm pretty sure that Darkseid and his cronies (except the Furies and Parademons) are simply New Gods as opposed to a separate species. I might be wrong, although all the sources I've encountered refer to them as such. Meta5 (talk) 20:30, August 19, 2012 (UTC)

Agreed. I think the New Gods from Apokolips and the ones from New Genesis are the same species. Unless someone opposes, we should rename this page to New God -- BlueFrackle (talk) 14:28, August 20, 2012 (UTC)
