Xenomorphs are silicon base life forms instead of humans carbon based life forms.It is also rumored that their name (Xenomorph)is also stands what they turn into like Xeno which stands for strange or alien and morph which is to change into another shape or form.So Xenomorph stands for strange shape or form.
