Unidentified Creature from The Waters

This is an unnamed lifeform which inhabits the deep abyssal regions of The Waters, a spherical body of liquid oceanic water artificially created by an ancient species for unclear purposes and which has since been abandoned and colonized by the Moneans. It is a giant elongated predator similar to a monstrous electric eel and likewise capable of electrical discharges of more than 500,000 volts. Its origins are completely unknown.
