Voliticus Biopsis are a robot/alien species that live on Primus. They are mosquito-like creatures created by Azmuth to collect DNA from sapient aliens from the Milkyway Galaxy for the Codon Stream. It is not specified through what process Azmuth made them, however, and this may account for their more robotic appearance. It would seem likely that they can fly through space, being developed in order to collect the DNA of sapient on different planets, and that they have a tracking system to aid in this.
